| I was sitting at the local county fair's animal auction back in July when
this idea popped into my head, fully grown. Two months later, here it is,
finally on paper (in a manner of speaking). It's very different in tone
from Fire and Trails (which I am still working on). I don't think it's a
very 'nice' story at all, so keep that in mind while you read. I've picked
out a lot of spots that could use rewriting, but if I did that, this story
would never see the light of day...for now, this will do. |
